Mr. Leyva Villa is an Immigration attorney who specializes in removal defense. Mr. Leyva Villa obtained his Juris Doctor degree at St. Thomas University School of Law. While attending St. Thomas University School of Law, he completed a certificate in Immigration Law at the St. Thomas University School of Law Immigration Clinic, where he actively represented clients in removal proceedings under the supervision of the Program Director Michael S. Vastine.
Since his admission to the Florida Bar, Attorney Leyva Villa has worked in private practice. He currently works within the Immigration Law department at the Gallardo Law Firm.
